Comparison of Synchronized Whole Testis

Description: Single cell transcriptomes were generated from animals treated from WIN18,446 (BDAD) from 2 days post-partum (dpp) to 8 dpp with subsequent injection of Retinoic Acid (RA) before euthanasia. The control present (0 hour, n = 4) did not receive RA injection and was culled on 9 dpp. The 18 hour trial animals were culled 18 hours post RA injection (n = 3). The two populations demonstrate divergence that becomes present following the synthesis of RA within the testis with major divergence showing within the Sertoli cells and Spermatogonia
